摘要

与溶剂型涂料相比,紫外光固化水性聚氨酯 (UVWPU) 涂料的耐水性欠佳。为解决这一问题,本文以蓖麻油 (CO)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯 (IPDI) 等为原料,通过控制 n(OH (CO))/n(NCO)制备了主链和端位均含不饱和双键的性能稳定的 UVWPU 乳液,考察了蓖麻油用量对 UVWPU 粒径及涂膜耐水性、热稳定性和机械性能的影响。结果表明:随着 n(OH (CO)) /n(NCO)增大,UVWPU 粒径增大,涂膜耐水性、热稳定性及拉伸强度提高;当 n(OH (CO))/n(NCO)=0.38 时,涂膜的吸水率为 8%, 热失重温度 T5%为 280 ℃,凝胶率为 65%,拉伸强度为 6.5 MPa,表明该 UVWPU 涂膜的凝胶率偏低,耐水性较好。

Abstract

Compared with solvent based coatings, the water resistance of UV- curable waterborne polyurethane is poorer. To solve this problem, a kind of UV- curable waterborne polyurethane (UVWPU) whose backbone and end groups were both provided with unsaturated double bonds were prepared by controlling the ratio of n(OH (CO)) and n(NCO), and using castor oil(CO)and isophorone diisocyanate as the main materials. Particle size of UVWPU, water resistance, thermostability, and mechanical properties of polyurethane films were studied. Experiment results showed that the particle size of UVWPU increased along with n(OH (CO))/n(NCO) increase. In addition, water resistance, thermal stability and tensile strength of the films were all improved. The water absorption were 8% when n (OH (CO))/n (NCO) were 0.38. Meanwhile, the weightlessness temperature T5% could reach 280 ℃, the gel were 65%, and the tensile strength at break were 6.5 MPa. The gel ofcastor oil- based UVWPU films were lower than other films, but their water resistance were better.
